Annie Kowal joined Isos Capital in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for all finance, accounting, administration and compliance matters of the firm. She has over 25 years of experience in private equity and public accounting.
Prior to joining Isos, Ms. Kowal was Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer of Heartwood Partners, located in Norwalk, Connecticut, a private equity firm with over $1.6 billion under management focused on investing in middle market manufacturing businesses. Ms. Kowal joined Heartwood as Controller. While at the firm, she was responsible for managing accounting and investor reporting for multiple funds, co-investment funds and management companies, as well as audit, tax, valuations and other investment related matters, compliance, internal technology, HR matters and administration.
Prior to Heartwood Partners, Ms. Kowal held roles in accounting and reporting at Greenfield Partners and Grove International Partners, both real estate private equity firms. Ms. Kowal began her career at Deloitte & Touche where she was a Manager in the Assurance and Advisory Services group serving primarily private equity clients.
Ms. Kowal graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, and she is a Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut.

Head of Investor Relations
Michael Guido joined Isos Capital in 2023 as Head of Investor Relations.
Prior to joining Isos, Michael led investor relations for both pre-IPO and publicly traded companies. He served as the first Head of Investor Relations for Reddit, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s relationships with the investment banks, analysts, and investor community in preparation for the company’s IPO. Before his time at Reddit, Michael led Investor Relations at World Wrestling Entertainment, where was awarded Best Overall Investor Relations by IR Magazine. At WWE, he was responsible for the company’s external reporting and developed strong relationships with investors and analysts globally.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Isos, which is 100% founded and led by a diverse management team, has established a corporate social impact initiative to deliver a minimum of 1% of its profits to support financial literacy, health and wellness, and education and development programs for women and people of color.
In 2021, Mr. Barrios oversaw the firm’s first milestone transaction, completing a $2.6 billion business combination with Bowlero Corp, which has outperformed several major stock indices through 2022. Immediately preceding the launch of Isos, Mr. Barrios served as Co-President and Board Member at World Wrestling Entertainment, guiding the company through transformative change and establishing a multi-platform media enterprise that created $4.5 billion in shareholder value over six-years of rapid global growth. During his tenure, Mr. Barrios played a central role in leading WWE’s transformation to one of the most successful multi-platform media businesses in the world. He led the development, launch, and operation of the WWE Network, the company’s SVOD service, and secured the largest increase in domestic media rights fees in company history. More recently, Mr. Barrios re-joined WWE’s Board and steered the organization through a sales process that resulted in a valuation of over $9 billion for the company.
Prior to his time with WWE, Mr. Barrios was Vice President and Treasurer of the New York Times Company and held leadership positions in operations, strategy and finance. Early in his career, Mr. Barrios served as a Division CFO and subsequently General Manager for North American operations at Praxair, an industrial gas supplier, and he held key general management and financial oversight roles at HBO.

During her 11-year tenure at the global media and entertainment company, her many contributions included: increasing the value of U.S. content distribution agreements by more than six times; securing key international distribution agreements; leading the launch of the WWE Network direct-to-consumer streaming service; ushering in a new sponsorship strategy to attract blue-chip brands; and expanding the company’s brand and community outreach initiatives. More recently, Ms. Wilson returned to the WWE board and played a pivotal role in guiding the organization through a sales process, culminating in a valuation of over $9 billion for the company.

Ten-time NBA All-Star Carmelo Anthony has led a storied career as ninth on the NBA’s all-time leading scorers list, a three-time Olympic gold medalist, and a member of NBA’s 75th Anniversary Team. However, many of his most significant and proudest accomplishments have occurred off the court, where he has established himself as a boundless philanthropist and social justice advocate as well as a successful businessman.
From the early days of his basketball career, Mr. Anthony has been a vocal and active advocate for equality and social justice. In 2005, he founded The Carmelo Anthony Foundation as a vehicle to champion community impact, social reform, and racial equality through a variety of outreach initiatives and donations. Additionally, in 2020, Mr. Anthony joined forces with Dwyane Wade and Chris Paul to found the Social Change Fund, a charitable organization dedicated to empowering and investing in Black businesses and Black communities. In 2021, in recognition of his long passionate advocacy, Anthony was awarded the inaugural Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Social Justice Champion Award, dedicated to one NBA player who most upholds the NBA’s values of equality, respect, and inclusion through his pursuit of social justice.
In business, Mr. Anthony has proven equally impactful as a key figure in the first wave of athlete entrepreneurs, helping lay the foundation for the next generation of athletes turned business moguls. Upon entering the NBA in 2003, Mr. Anthony became Jordan Brand’s first signature athlete and has been intimately involved in creating thirteen signature shoes with the label. In 2014, Mr. Anthony co-founded Melo7 Tech Partners with media executive Stuart Goldfarb to invest in and develop opportunities in digital media, consumer internet ventures, and emerging platforms. The portfolio includes early-stage investments in companies such as DraftKings, SeatGeek, Overtime, and Lyft. BRIAN FLINN

Brian Flinn, Partner and COO of Isos Capital, oversees business operations and growth strategies for the firm. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee and manages the operating teams for Isos7 Sports.
The former C-Suite executive spent 25+ years increasing the value of blue-chip sports and entertainment companies including World Wrestling Entertainment, the National Basketball Association, and the New York Knicks where his work was defined by disrupting legacy businesses, launching growth initiatives, and repositioning brands.
As the Chief Marketing Officer of WWE, a publicly traded global media company, Mr. Flinn oversaw the company’s marketing and promotions, consumer insights, WWE Network customer acquisition & retention, consumer products, special events, creative services, corporate social responsibility, and communications divisions leading a team of 125+ colleagues.
During his tenure, Mr. Flinn was a key figure in the launch of the direct-to-consumer streaming video service, the WWE Network, disrupting WWE’s legacy pay-per-view business and turning $80 million in annual revenue into a $200 million annual, high-margin business, which was ultimately licensed to NBCUniversal’s streaming service, Peacock for $1 billion. He oversaw a shift of the company’s $1 billion retail brand to create an omnichannel shopping experience for consumers. Mr. Flinn also managed the property’s largest and most profitable international brand partnership leading to a 3x increase in company revenues from outside North America. Additionally, he oversaw site selection, branding, and ticket sales to WWE’s annual tentpole events, including a record-breaking WrestleMania event at AT&T Stadium drawing more than 101,000 fans.
Upon joining the organization, Mr. Flinn established WWE’s Corporate Social Responsibility division leading to new and longstanding partnerships with various non-profits including Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Susan G. Komen, Special Olympics, and The V Foundation. Committed to driving gender equality in sports and entertainment, Mr. Flinn championed the first-ever women’s main event at WrestleMania and the first-ever women’s match in Saudi Arabia.
As the NBA’s SVP & Head of Global Marketing, Mr. Flinn was responsible for consumer and brand marketing, market research, brand strategy & management, digital and multicultural marketing, broadcast promotion, advertising, and corporate communications. He was instrumental in some of the NBA’s most recognizable initiatives, including the development of the “Where Amazing Happens” and “There Can Only Be One” campaigns. Early in his NBA tenure, Mr. Flinn was central to the creation and launch of the National Basketball Development League, now known as the G-League, the NBA’s minor league system.
He started his career with the New York Knicks and was part of the team that launched the WNBA’s New York Liberty. Mr. Flinn graduated magna cum laude from the Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College.
STUART GOLDFARB

Stuart U. Goldfarb is a Partner of Isos7 Sports. Mr. Goldfarb was Co-founder and Partner of Melo7 Tech Partners, LLC, which he founded with Carmelo Anthony in 2014 to invest in early-stage technology, digital media, and consumer internet ventures. The firm has a portfolio of over 50 investments and has been an early investor in many well-known companies, such as Lyft, DraftKings, SeatGeek, Andela, Vivino, Overtime, and Clubhouse alongside Andreessen Horowitz and other premier venture capital firms.
From 2001 to 2010, Stuart was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bertelsmann Direct NA. Under his leadership, the company grew to be the world’s largest direct marketer of music, DVDs and books, with household brands such as Columbia House, BMG Music, Doubleday Book Club, Book-of-the-Month-Club and CD Now and over $1 billion of annual revenue. Before that, Stuart was President and Chief Executive Officer of bol.com, Bertelsmann’s premier online retailer of books and music, doing business in 18 European and Asian countries.
Before joining Bertelsmann, Stuart was Executive Vice President, Worldwide Business Development at NBC. He was the principal architect of NBC’s strategic alliance with National Geographic, which led to the creation of the National Geographic Channel – as a joint venture, with Mr. Goldfarb serving as its first chairperson. He also led NBC’s creation of a joint venture with Polo Ralph Lauren to form Ralph Lauren Media – polo.com. Stuart was also responsible for NBC’s alliance with Dow Jones & Company, leading to CNBC Asia JV.
Prior to his work at NBC, Stuart was Managing Director Asia Pacific Region for CEA, Inc., a media boutique investment banking firm. There, he assisted U.S. companies such as ESPN and NBC enter India for the first time. He also assisted local Indian companies, such as Zee TV and Modi Enterprises, create the first cable and satellite services in India. To date, Stuart has traveled to India over 75 times.
Stuart served as a director of World Wrestling Entertainment from 2011 to 2021. He served as a director of Vista Cost from 2011 to 2014, when the online retailer of healthy living products was sold to Kroger, in a board-led sale. Stuart was a director of Atrinsic, Inc., the operator of Kazaa, from 2010 until 2012.
KUNAL MEHTA

Kunal joined Isos Capital Management in 2022 as a Managing Director to lead the Isos7 Venture Investment Team.
Prior to Isos, Kunal was a Principal at Hearst Ventures where he supported the firm’s investments across consumer media, mobility, and healthcare. In this role, Kunal invested in and supported portfolio companies including Freightwaves, Welltok (acq. Virgin Pulse), Sharecare, DRL, Insurify, Inrupt, and Zeitview. Kunal was also instrumental in supporting the foundation of a venture studio providing him with a unique perspective on investing and building businesses. Kunal found his way to a role in venture capital after building and scaling Unfold, a consumer media application for long-form content.
Kunal is the author of Disruptors and Finding Genius. Disruptors profiles the early days and insights from the founders of companies including Pinterest, Foursquare, Betterment, Learnvest, Dwolla, charity: water, and more. Finding Genius is based on interviews with over 40 top venture capitalists at funds and their perspectives on investing. Both books have been profiled at universities and companies including J.P. Morgan, Harvard Business School, Stanford, Duke, NYU, Princeton, Columbia Business School, and Cornell. The Finding Genius series is a weekly content series profiling early-stage founders.
Prior to joining the venture ecosystem, Kunal supported grant making initiatives at charity: water, a non-profit focused on providing clean and safe drinking water in developing countries. Kunal began his career at J.P. Morgan as part of a full-scholarship program to the NYU Stern School of Business.

Peter has served as a C-suite operator, interim executive, and consultant/advisor to public and private companies at all points in their lifecycle. He has spent a majority of his career in and around the Media & Entertainment sector – most prominently in Digital Media, Advertising, Cable/Broadcast, Publishing, Sports and eSports.
On the consulting side, while with AlixPartners, Alvarez & Marshall, and 4Forces Group, Peter has served Iron Mountain, Cognizant, Hudson News, Bloomberg Media, Mirriad, Deloitte, Cadet (aka Media Works), and dozens of other businesses. Winston Meade served as Chief Financial Officer for Isos Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company, that completed a business combination with Bowlero Corp. in the media sector’s 3rd largest SPAC transaction ($2.6B) of 2021 resulting in Bowlero trading on the NYSE Global Market under the symbol “BOWL” on December 16, 2021.
With more than 20 years of mergers and acquisitions experience across several industries, Mr. Meade most recently served as Managing Director and Head of Telecom Investment Banking at Stephens Inc. Previously, he was with UBS investment Bank for 17 years, where he served as a Managing Director in Mergers & Acquisitions focusing on the Technology, Media and Telecom industries. During his time at UBS, Mr. Meade spent several years in their Hong Kong office, helping bolster the firm’s M&A practice in the region. Over his career, Mr. Meade has advised on more than $100 billion of domestic and cross border transaction, including advising Advance/Newhouse on the sale of Bright House Networks to Charter Communications, advising The Orchard on the sale to Sony Music Entertainment and advising Virgin Media on the sale of its stake in UKTV to Scripps Network Interactive. Mr. Meade has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Ryan Panoli joined Isos Capital in 2021 as Managing Director, Financial Planning.
Prior to joining Isos, Ryan spent six years at World Wrestling Entertainment, most recently as VP of Financial Planning and Analysis. At WWE, Ryan was involved in all financial aspects of content creation and monetization across digital, social and linear platforms. Ryan also held the role of Director, Financial Planning & Analysis at Synapse, a subsidiary of Time, Inc.
ROB PIETROFORTE
Managing Director & Head of Investments
Rob Pietroforte joined Isos7 Sports as a Managing Director in 2022 and leads the investment team.
Prior to Isos, Mr. Pietroforte was the EVP of M&A and Strategic Initiatives at Genius Sports. At Genius, he played a key role in building the company’s North American business and was responsible for negotiating, structuring, and executing M&A transactions as well as other strategic commercial deals. Mr. Pietroforte was integral in helping Genius execute the acquisitions of Second Spectrum, FanHub, and Spirable as well as transformative league deals, such as the NFL partnership and the company’s minority investment in the Canadian Football League, where he served on the board.
Prior to Genius, Mr. Piertroforte was a Vice President at the Raine Group where he helped lead the firm’s sports and gaming efforts. At Raine, he executed a number of transactions including the sale of DC United, the business combination of Accel Entertainment and TPG Pace, and the firm’s investments in the Premier Lacrosse League and Beachbody, where he served on the boards of both companies.
Before Raine, Mr. Pietroforte worked in the Sports and Entertainment Group at JPMorgan Chase, where he worked with Madison Square Garden, the U.S. Open, and others.
Mr. Pietroforte has a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University, where he was an All-American baseball player, and an MBA from The Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
SHEETESH SRIVASTAVA

Sheetesh Srivastava joined Isos07 Sports in 2022 as Managing Director, India.
Prior to Isos, Sheetesh served as an advisor to a traditional broadcaster and OTT operator entering the sports marketplace. Prior, he served as General Manager of World Wrestling Entertainment, South Asia and during his four-year tenure was responsible for all lines of business in WWE’s largest international market including leading the company’s media rights renewal process and driving localization efforts across content, talent, and brand development. Before joining WWE, Sheetesh was an entrepreneur in EdTech, and worked with Disney India for more than six years as Head of Corporate Development overseeing revenue generation for multiple channels.

Little, she was an Associate Partner at Meridian Advisory Group (MAG). Throughout her career, Fareeda has developed comprehensive growth strategies for tech-led Media & Entertainment clients.

Neil spent over 13 years at Comcast working within the sales organization. As EVP of Sales he oversaw $700M in media. He also led the integration of Outdoor Life Network, G4 and AZN to E! Entertainment and Style within its sales organization. Prior to his role at Comcast, Neil spent five years as the Vice President of Advertising Sales at Fox where he was responsible for over $500 million in national revenue; selling Primetime, NFL, MLB, and NHL.

Jennifer Barry-Dean serves as the Chief of Staff at Isos Capital. She is responsible for providing comprehensive logistical and administrative support to the two founders and manages all operational support for the firm.
Prior to Isos, Jennifer was the Senior Manager Executive Operations for twelve years at World Wrestling Entertainment where she provided direct support to one of the Co-Presidents. Prior to WWE, Jennifer worked at J. Crew where she supported the CFO.

Angela is a Finance Consultant at Isos.
Before joining the company, she worked briefly in the non-profit sector. However, her extensive background lies at WWE, where she spent many years holding various finance-related positions. During her tenure, Angela served as Senior Director of FP&A for Media Operations, and later transitioned to a role as Finance Consultant.
Angela received a BS in Accounting from Thomas College and an MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University.
Sarah Cummins

Sarah Cummins joined Isos7 Sports in 2023 as an Operating Partner following a 30+ year career in sports and entertainment as a commercial leader and operator.
Prior to joining Isos7 Sports she led the Consumers Products division at World Wrestling Entertainment, where she was responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of WWE’s $1 billion global consumer products business including licensing and direct-to-consumer retail, both e-commerce and WWE’s event retail channels.
Before joining WWE, Sarah did a six year stint at New York Road Runners leading their Strategic Partnerships and Business Development division for their 10+ professional races, including the TCS New York City Marathon. Overseeing the organization’s commercial rights including sponsorship, licensing and global media distribution, she negotiated the largest deal in the organization’s history with New Balance.
Additionally, Sarah held leadership positions at lifestyle brand Vineyard Vines and the United States Tennis Association. In both roles she was responsible for developing long-term sponsorship and licensing partnerships on both the brand and property side. Most notably her tenure at the USTA resulted in doubling the direct-to-consumer retail revenue as well as sourcing and negotiating key partnerships with Polo Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Nike and Wilson Sporting Goods. Sarah was a member of the Sports Business Journal’s “Game Changers” Class of 2016 and a board member at Make-A-Wish’s Connecticut Chapter.

Tom Fox joined Isos7 Sports in 2023 as an Operating Partner following an extensive career as an executive in both American sports and Esports.
Most recently Tom was the President of FaZe Clan. Prior to that role, Tom was the CEO of Aston Villa in the Premier League from 2014 until 2016, and later the president of the San Jose Earthquakes from 2017 to 2020. Between 2009 and 2014 he was the COO of Arsenal and was formerly the chief executive of NBA Asia and the Senior Vice President of Gatorade at PepsiCo.

Neil started off his career in management consulting within Deloitte’s TMT practice. He then left to co-found a streaming OTT network dedicated to luxury real-estate. From there he joined Samsung to work in Demand Generation for their Mobile Computing and Enhancements group and later Home Appliances. After two years, he went back to work as a consultant for management consulting firm MediaLink, which later became United Talent Agency’s strategy consulting arm via acquisition in 2021. At UTA, Neil worked across both the Private Equity Diligence and Growth Strategy practices servicing clients in Tech, Media, and Entertainment. His notable clients include Twitch, Meta, IBM Watson Advertising, and Spotify.

Chris graduated from Middlebury College in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. From there, Chris joined The MathWorks, Inc., a leading developer of mathematical and simulation software, as a finance and operations associate, focusing on financial reporting and analysis, along with operational process improvements. At Isos, Chris is responsible for all research, analysis, and financial modeling activity produced for retained clients, along with various additional operational and administrative support. Chris holds certifications in advanced financial and business modeling from the Wharton School of Business and is currently pursuing his MBA at F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College
